Question: Do you accept pets?
Answer: Pets are negotiable. We accept most pets and do charge a monthly pet fee. We encourage each person to call and discuss your specific fur babies with our team. In our community living spaces, we are careful to accept pets that are friendly towards people and other animals.
Question: Who needs to fill out an application?
Answer: Each person living in the home over the age of 18 is required to fill out an application and be on the lease. Every tenant is required to go through our screening process – background check, eviction screening, and credit check.
Question: Is there an application fee?
Answer: Yes, $25 per person over the age of 18.

Answer: The best way to get more information about our available properties is to give us a call and be pre-screened before scheduling a showing.
Question: As a current JRJ resident, what is the best way to report a maintenance issue?
